Creating a Ticket with the CSR Ticketing Tool
The CSR Ticketing Tool is the direct line to your personal KEYMILE Support. CSR stands for Customer Service Request.
With the CSR Ticketing Tool you can enter technical requests and report defects as well as track the processing online. Moreover, you can later add further details to the ticket.
If you have a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with KEYMILE your requests will be dealt with in the response time as provided in the contract.
To use the CSR Ticketing Tool you have to be a registered user and need to login to the Extranet and the CSR Ticketing Tool.
