Technical Support Specialist (m/f)


Your duties

  • Technical support for KEYMILE products
  • Providing operational support in troubleshooting
  • Configuration and integration of telecommunication equipment
  • Interworking with development concerning defect analysis
  • Execute customer acceptance tests
  • Demonstration of equipment
  • Training and workshops for clients and internal staff

Your profile

  • Engineering degree in Telecommunications or relevant field
  • Three years of experience as technical support specialist (m/f)
  • Very good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good knowledge in network protocols (Ethernet, MPLS-TP, L2/L3 VPN, SDH, PDH)
  • Cisco and/or Juniper certification
  • Communicate with clarity and precision in English
  • German desirable
  • Team player with customer service orientation
