We are seeking a


Director Sales APAC (m/f)



  • Full P&L and people responsibility for Sales APAC
  • Manage Client and Partner Relationship
  • Expand sustainable business platform and size for KEYMILE in the APAC markets
  • Operational management of local business
  • Evaluation and controlling of sales KPIs
  • Working closely with group sales structure and the CEO/CSO


Your profile

  • Bachelor's Degree or above
  • 10 years experience in sales/service management preferably in APAC, including at least 5 years in IT/Telecommunication sales (preferred Mission Critical Markets, Security, Software, Service)
  • Market knowledge for APAC
  • Experienced in midsize companies & hands on management
  • You are experienced in building B2C and/or B2B sales teams and managing sales people
  • You have an analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel, APAC base preferred
