Overview
The course is designed for Operations and Maintenance staff as well as support engineers working with NGN in the UMUX environment.
Target Group
After completing this course, participants will have a basic understanding of NGN principles and how NGN is implemented in UMUX. They will be able to configure and commission the major applications. Furthermore they will be able to do simple fault finding and performance analysis.
