This course gives the participant a comprehensive introduction to the wide range of TDM voice possibilities on the UMUX platform. Starting with a brief revision of the technologies and signalling protocols used in delivering voice, the course continues by exploring each of the relevant units, their functionalities and configurable options. The content of the course can be modified to suit the particular requirements of the customer.
During the course the participants will have many opportunities for practical work.
