LineRunner SHDSL EFM DTR is a CPE to connect business customers via symmetrical SHDSL lines. With 8 Ethernet interfaces and an integrated router the CPE is ideal for the high-speed connection of corporate networks to the Internet or the coupling among them.
With the implementation of Annex B and G from the ITU-T G.991.2 standard, network operators are able to transmit up to 22.8 Mbps over four wire pairs.
With EFM (Ethernet in the First Mile) the network operator now can use the same protocol from the centre up to the customer. This saves costs during introduction and operation.
LineRunner SHDSL EFM DTR and MileGate
LineRunner SHDSL DTR desktops are fully compatible with the IP-MSAN MileGate. It is employed as network termination (NT) in connection with the SHDSL EFM line card SUSE1.
