Per 1st October 2012 we are seeking for our location in Berne:
Telecom Engineer / Technical Editor
Your duties
- Create and redact of technical product documentations as well as application specifications and user manuals for our customers
- Development of engineering bulletins
- Clarification, research and maintenance of the contents in close collaboration with R&D
- Support of the pre- and post-sales team by doing application support in the field of switching and routing
Your profile
- Engineering degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications with profound knowledge in L2/L3, IP, Switching and Routing
- High affinity for telecommunication (xDSL, Voice and Data)
- Further education as technical editor or having several years of experience in this area
- Very distinct capability of expression in writing and potential to simplify complex technical contexts in a easy and comprehensible way
- Proactive team player with a self-reliant and motivated method of working and with a high customer and service focus
