We are seeking for our location in Berne a:
Junior Telecom / IT Engineer
for the 2nd and 3rd line Customer Support.
Your duties
- Responsible for packet-oriented services like Ethernet and TCP/IP
- Planning, engineering and implementation of IP-Applications for customers
- Contribution to the technical development offer
- Holding workshops and trainings for international customers
- Bring IEEE Knowhow for future products
Your profile
- Engineering degree (FH/ETH) and at least 3 years experience in Telecommunication/IT
- Profound knowledge in IP Routing, Ethernet Switching, MPLS, Metro Ethernet, QoS, Multicast, Security
- Experiences and knowledge of Next Generation Network Applications, xDSL, Voice and Data; PDH and SDH advantageous
- Professional appearance in front of the customers
- Ability to negotiate well in English (oral and in writing); German, French, Spanish as well as other languages in addition are welcome
- Willingness and flexibility to travel worldwide
